Teri Hatcher Locked in Custody Battle With Her Ex
Even though Hatcher and Tenney had been divorced since 2003, they nevertheless needed a judge to help decide who their daughter would be with for the holidays. Hatcher appeared in court to hash out the nagging matter of who would get custody of their teenage daughter Emerson over Thanksgiving and Christmas. That's the holiday spirit! Custody and visitation issues had reportedly become larger points of contention for Hatcher and her ex as the years went by.
