Fans/awful-stalking-frogs photographed the romantic moment on a Paris street when Ryan Debolt got on one knee to propose to longtime girlfriend Sara Ramirez, star of Broadway and Grey's Anatomy. The spy told Us Weekly "Her boyfriend came next to her and kneeled. He opened a case, and we just heard her saying, 'Oh my God! Oh my God!... and seconds later, a really big 'Yes!". Not a bad translation from the french.
