Mel Gibson Ordered to Pay $60,000 in Back Child Support
America's sweethearts Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva went to the Los Angeles Superior Court to settle custody and child support issues concerning their 1-year old daughter Lucia. The judge in the case ordered Gibson to pay his ex $60,000 in back child support. Gibson had withheld paying child support for three months, while his legal team tried to clarify if Gibson could deduct the $6,000 payments he makes on the home Grigorieva shares with their daughter and her mother (he couldn't).
