Halle Berry's Custody Battle Turns Ugly

So much for civility.  Halle Berry and her ex Gabriel Aubry gave up on being co-parents to their 2-year-old daughter Nahla, as tensions between them reached a boiling point.  "Once they broke up he became verbally threatening to Halle," alleged Aubry's former friend and business partner Stephane Bibeau, who also claimed the model began using racial slurs against Berry. "He is a vindictive guy."  Instead of staying co-parents, both sides began pursuing sole custody of their daughter.  "The only reason Gabriel is seeing Nahla right now is because the court hasn't made a decision yet," claimed a source close to Berry.  "If it were up to Halle, he wouldn't be seeing her at all without some sort of supervision."
