Demi Moore Says She's Divorcing Ashton Kutcher

It's official. Demi Moore, 49, says her marriage to Ashton Kutcher is over. Moore said, "as a woman, a mother, and a wife, there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life." The implication being that she's dumping Kutcher because of the rumored cheating he's been up to.

In September, Sara Leal, 22, claimed that she had had unprotected sex with Kutcher while he was in San Diego.

Kutcher later tweeted, "I will forever cherish the time I spent with Demi. Marriage is one of the most difficult things int he world and unfortunately sometimes they fail."
