Not long after Brooke Mueller proved she was crazy by moving back in with Charlie Sheen so he could be close to their twins, she filed a restraining order against him in Los Angeles Superior Court alleging that Sheen was physically and verbally abusing her. "I am very concerned that [Sheen] is currently insane," she said in the documentation. The court, and more than a million twitter followers of Sheen, agreed.

Judge Hank M. Goldberg immediately took custody of his boys away from sheen and police arrived at his home Tuesday night to take the boys away from him.

In the court documents, Mueller alleged that while on vacation in the Bahamas with Sheen and his two "goddesses", marijuana cover model Natalie Kenly and porn star Bree Olson, Sheen "threatened to stab my eye with a pen knife." You might ask why she was on vacation with her abusive ex and his trashy girlfriends, but then you wouldn't really be part of the mad mad world that has become Charlie Sheen's life.

Sheen and Mueller are set to attend a March 22 hearing to determine the future fate of the custody of their children.
