Charlie Sheen Charged With Assault on Christmas

Christmas was anything but merry for Sheen and Mueller in 2009.  In the wake of a drunken fight at their home, Sheen was arrested and charged with second-degree assault after Mueller alleged she was held down and threatened with a knife.  According to Sheen's documented testimony to police, Mueller became jealous upon learning Sheen bought telescopes for himself and his daughter from his marriage to Denise Richards, "so they could both look at the same point in the universe at the same time, as a way of staying connected."  Sheen later pled guilty to a misdemeanor assault charge and was sentenced to 30 days in rehab.
