After the release of her first single, Smile, this loud-mouthed brat was a regular sight on the scene. Her private life was explosive, featuring a close relationship with Chanel's Karl Lagerfeld and open feuds with Amy Winehouse and Katy Perry (both have been targets of her acid tongue). Her presenting career went down like a lead balloon and things didn’t get any better when she suffered miscarriages in 2008 and 2010.

In 2009, a more mature Allen turned her back on showbiz and has now teamed with big sis Sarah to open a vintage clothes boutique called Lucy In Disguise in Covent Garden, London.
